ATZ Directors Jim and Andy have more than 30 years combined of major sports and cultural events and event safety experience.

Our Approach

We treat every project with focus and attempt to get a clear understanding of what the client wishes to achieve. We are flexible and adaptable event safety operators and are able to scale up and down depending on the size and scale of the project.

  • We offer a bespoke pre-event consultancy service which we design with our clients depending on their needs, ranging from:

    • Review of venue and route design

    • Creation and review of emergency and contingency plans

    • Working with stakeholders on emergency service and resilience planning

    • Attendance at, or advice on the SAG and multi-agency process

    • Review and advice on C3 Plans

    • Reviewing and advising on crowd management plans

  • On any one weekend, we have had more than 150 staff out across 4 or 5 events comprising:

    • ATZ Directors leading events or event control rooms

    • ATZ Operations Staff and Co-ordinators in event control rooms supporting C3 arrangements

    • ATZ Event Safety Consultants supporting site management, contractor management and public safety

    • ATZ Motos supporting road events, traffic management and public safety

    • Incident reporting review and investigation

    • Reviewing all documentation to ensure fit for purpose for future editions of the event
